On This Date in 1977: 'Sir Duke,' by Stevie Wonder, from his' Songs in the Key of Life' album, takes over the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 Singles chart.The Almanac Advises for May 21: "Other than to inherit one by birthright, or to be bestowed one by a reigning monarch, another way to acquire a title of nobility is to buy one from a previous title holder. A select few titles are offered for purchase, so your dream of being called Sir or Lord, or Dame or Lady, can come true."
