"It's amazing what forgetting to shave will do for you. Accidental cougar bait is still cougar bait so it's all good."--David Cook

The latest winner of 'American Idol' just can't help it -- even his laid-back dude habits lure in the ladies.

David Cook's CD is the only AI winner or loser CD that I have ever bought. I believe he appeals to all age groups. But as a 55yr old woman who has always been a Bon Jovi, Elvis & Barry Manilow fan --- his is now my Idol! I could care less who actually wins AI -- lets face it, they all have talent or they wouldn't be there. The whole point of the show is to showcase each contestants style of singing, their ability not to lose who they are as a performer and to grow into their own stage presence. David Cook makes each song memorable. I hope he adds "The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face" to his next CD -- he did an incredible job on that song. I don't think of him as Cougar Bait, but I would love to introduce him to our daughter! It would be great to have someone in the family that can actually carry a tune!! Best of luck to David Cook......... Michele

Ugh. That's all this country needs is another American Idol loser. For God's sake, shave that ugly shit off your face. A disposable razor only costs around $2

To Poster #246 who spouted:
T"This guy is NOT attractive at all. He should crawl back into the hole from which he came..."

How interesting Mike.. A GUY who judgesss talent by the way a dude lQQksss rather than how he sssingsss. Methinks you may be a bit fruity? No wonder David Archuletta is more to your pink frilly liking. He also is continually 'airdunking' a doughnut.

Poster # 19 says:

19. "Archuletta had the real talent. Cook made it by the seat of his pants. people should not be able to vote more than one time..."

Seat of his pants?! Hey Elaine? Who's balancing your checkbook these days ya ole Yetti? You must have recieved a big fat F minus in basic mathematics. David Cook blew that over excited puppy dog David A {the OTHER David} out of the water in excess of 12 million votes. OUCH!! Hurts doesn't it?! Do you know why? Because David Cook has originality, talent, stage presence and charisma. What did David Archuletta have? An overly intrusive stage Daddy who tossed him Scooby Snacks before and after each performance. Face it, the poor kid was like an over rehearsed puppet to his Puppet Master father. I really felt sorry for the poor kid. Daddy almost helped him right out of the contest. Luckily, they banned the old man from the rehearsal set, but not before the damage was done. He made the WORST possible song choices for his kid. I'll never forget how he butchered that Chris Brown song. "I need ya Boo..." Lol! Hopefully, when he turns 18, he'll fire the old man who wants so badly to live vicariously through his kid. Talk about child abuse & exploitation! Sheesh!

To poster #184 who blathered on & on before finally ending his/her goofy a@@ed post by saying:
..."As far as David Cook is concerned, I've heard better on Bleecker Street...."
Dear Eve,
It's a pity your source of entertainment boils down to street musicians. Maybe when you develop some taste and a bank account, you can spring for a night out in a 'real', Honest- to- God night club and get a taste of some decent music like the stuff David Cook puts out. He won the title with a landslide of over 12 million more votes than his closest competitor, David A. {that OTHER David} Looks like you're in the minority child!

To poster #229 who posted:
"When are we gonna hear his music, if it were the other David who had won, we have been hearing his music every day..."

Right on Julie! Don't worry honey! ~ David Cook's CD will be out soon enough & it will RAWK and sell out shelves! I can't wait either! At least when he hits the airwaves, it will be because the public loves him and wants to hear him, not because of PAYOLA play that the 'other' David's 'Daddy Warbucks' will most likely have to grease palms for. America voted and We LOVE David Cook!!!!!
