August 11 2008 at 11:05 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyHate to break it to you folks, but "Me" doesn't qualify as a hit according to the standards the list seems to be using, the Billboard Hot 100.
"Me" was a Top 20 hit on Billboard's "Adult Top 40" chart, but when the song came out, it wasn't eligible to chart on the magazine's main chart since it was only an album cut, not a commercially-available single. (Billboard didn't change the eligibility rules until late in 1998, months after Cole's "Me" had run its course.)
Who cares what list her songs are on.... everything on that CD is amazing.... I'm on my 4th copy!!!
