- Sex Pistols' Johnny Rotten inspired the Joker character -- played by the late Heath Ledger -- in the forthcoming Batman flick, 'The Dark Knight.'
- Gnarls Barkely, Vampire Weekend, Cat Power, Santogold and the Gossip are among the artists slated to perform at this years Festival de Rock les Eurockéennes de Belfort in Belfort, France. The event will be held July 4-6.
