Rock Almanac: June 16, 2008
On This Date in 1978: The film version of the Broadway musical 'Grease,' starring John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John, is released. The Almanac Advises for June 16: "A super-senior is a four-year high school student who has enrolled for a fifth year or more. These older students are often out of their teens when they finally attain a diploma."
