Ted Nugent Movie Has Furry Casualty

Life has imitated art on the set of the upcoming movie, 'Beer for My Horses,' and folks at PETA are not going to be happy. Rocker Ted Nugent has a small role in the film as hunting enthusiast (surprise) named 'Skunk.' His co-star, country musician Toby Keith, told reporters last week that Nugent stayed in character after a recent shoot, resulting in a shooting of a different sort.

"Ted has just shot a guy with a bow and arrow," explains Keith of the movie scene. "And he's leaving the set to go back to his trailer, and all of Hollywood is standing around and a cotton tail jumps up -- rabbit -- and crosses the set. POW! And he guts him a rabbit right in front of everybody."

The 'Beer for My Horses' script was written by Keith, who also has a hit duet with Willie Nelson of the same name. The movie is described as a "fun-loving road trip movie" and also stars Nelson, Tom Skerritt, Gina Gershon and Rodney Carrington. It's set to hit theaters August 8.

If it's Ted, he used all of the rabbit it's not cruelty, it's food.

I'll bet Ted cleaned the rabbit and put it in the freezer. I don't think he shoots unless he's going to eat it.

Leave it to Ted Nugent to make life interesting for people. I've watched his hunting shows and I have to tell you that he loves animals, and if he kills an animal, it isn't for the trophy. He gives away meat and animal hides to people who are hungry. If people listened to him, they would understand his love of the sport of hunting and his respect for all living things. PEDA is an insane asylum.

Who gives a rat's behind what Ted does. He has always been an obnoxious and talenteless fool who can't play more than four chords.

I fidn it funny that people who speak out against hunting animals are the same people who favor the right to have an abortion. So--killing animals is bad, but killing uinborn babies is good? If it's considered to be all right for a woman to murder an innocent baby in the name of convenience, then I don't see why hunters shouldn't be allowed to hunt and kill animals. Animals are at least able to run for cover. The targets of the pro-choice are nice and easy. After all, it's pretty difficult for an unborn child to run and hide for safety from an abortionist. So who's the bigger coward--someone who kills an animal, or someone who murders an innocent, unborn baby?

May all hunters of defenseless critters 1) shoot themselves in any location of your choice (mine's the groin), and 2) get fatal food poisoning from eating the cadavers they've murdered. Power to the peaceful!

u vegetarian retards don't realize that if earlier civilizations didn't eat animals they would have not survived or not have the brain power to decide that they would become vegetarians.
They don't call him the motor city madman for nothing!
and the previous comment saying that he most likely eat the rabbit was right, because he is a strong believer in only killing what he eats!

Good. It's time to show these fascist P.E.T.A. slobs that their retarded mentality isn't the way to live and shouldn't be legislated as such.
