They force our kids in school to learn about homosexuality, then tell the parents about it after they do it.
It is amazing that this gay craze, and that is all it is, just like goth, a craze, has been expanding more in the schools as they down play the morality of it.
I do disagree with your comment about frying the genitalia in olive oil......too costly!! Just boil in in salty water for ten minutes.

i just dont get how small minded people are..it takes alot of courage for a teen to admit to being gay and then to be critized by people that are close minded. like it or not people gay straight black and white we are all put here on earth to live together. you dont have to accept it or do it but that does not give you the right to judge anyone else. this is why are teenage suicide rate is so high. besides people it has been proven by science that being homosexual is a gene you are born with not something you are taught.

sorry Tonya, science at one point "thought" the gene theroy to be correct. But.. The gay population must understand that there is a way out of this life style and not to accept the lies of anyone that tells you that you are BORN that way (especially the lies from Hollywood). That is a flat out LIE. Here's proof, a recent medical study was preformed and it concluded that when twins are born, they have yet to have an instance where BOTH siblings end up gay. If one turns gay, then why does the other not turn gay? Well, they looked into the recessive gene theory but that proved fruitless in it's conclusive findings. Thus, it was determined that this psychological illness is picked up thru one's environment. However, not all medical society agrees. They are pushing for further proof on an otherwise washed out study prior to this info is appropriately updated in JAMA.

toyedmania: Um I am a twin and we are both gay we have 2 older brothers who are straight. At the age of 11 my brother was living at our home in Grand Junction Colorado with my mom and I was living with my uncle in Denver that lasted until I was 14 years old. I knew by the age of 7 however that I liked guys after I fell in love with my best friend that has remained until now.
Don't you dare tell me my love is perverse I have never thought of another guy in the same way I stay by his side and hide how I truly feel because a world without him would be unbareable.I find it hard at times to see him with girls but when he smiles I get a sense of joy what makes me truly happy is his happiness
if that is not love then I have no idea what is. I have yet to find another guy or girl who can make me feel the same way.

It does'nt matter if your born gay or decide to turn gay. The serious thing is that we as a society must not accept sin of any type as a normal way of life. No individual should ever stop resisting sin even if they fall to the temptation. Gay or straight we all sin and we all must be sorry for that sin. Our country, society, and civilization will crumble, and be replaced, if we continue to accept sin as normal and permissive. It doesn't matter if you don't believe in God, non-believers are still subject to the laws that He has imposed on all flesh men on this earth. No one can escape his laws or judgement, It is not our earth or even our souls, It all belongs to him. He just gives us enough freedom to save or destroy ourselves through our own actions, and chosen beliefs.

Hey Tonya, the above notes are understandable when you realize that the "gay craze" really is that...a craze, a sick and perverted one, but a craze no less. We are not born gay, God states it is an abomination, and that homosexuals will not come into His kingdom, His words, not mine! So obviously it is not God's will for anyone to be gay. "Coming out" as gay is a weakness to a sickening trend where men and women fall prey to the lusts of the flesh, the forbideen sin as it were. The Bible is clear about that weakness, and tells us to CHOOSE not to go there or there will be consequences in our eternal future. So gays can choose to live that life now of they want, but don't tell the rest of us God fearing people to accept it, we wont and never will. Only weakness in the flesh accepts those things. We should pray for the weak in spirit that they admit their sinfull nature, accept Jesus as Lord and Savior, and can an have eternal future in heaven. Amen

I knew there was a reason I didn't care for AOL. A majority of the comments I've read on this topic have been completely ignorant...almost as much so as their writers. I normally wouldn't be bothered to comment on some idiot who hates homosexuals but it's so prevalent here that I can't resist! My theory on homophobes is that they're actually super repressed gays. For all you special ones out there, that means I think that if you hate gay people, it's because you're secretly gay and hate yourself for it.

People kill me. God is made up. Religion is humanity's way of trying to keep everyone in line. The Bible ... well it is just a book of stories. No more or less than Grimm's fairy tales. Purpose, to teach right from wrong. Not to be taken literally. Homosexuality is from birth. Trust me. I am gay and have been physically and emotionally attracted to men since I was able to feel the attraction. I know it is impossible to change the minds of hypocritical bigots, so I am not even trying to do so. I am stating my opinion. I personally don't care whether or not anyone likes me, accepts, or even gives a damn about me. I am my own person and no one, not even hate mongers can take that away from me. Anyone who commits suicide over comments from half-wits such as yourselves is a fool. The real problem is people who dn't teach their children that other people's oppressive and hateful comments only stem from one thing ... their own self hatred. Have a good day.

Not to be rude or anything, but you couldn't be more wrong. God is real, and so is His Word. I challenge you to attempt to prove otherwise. If your impression of Christians is that we are hypocritical bigots, then I sincerely apologize. But as you've obviously noticed, we're sinners too. I would never deny that. Greer was right on with his posting: God does say that homosexuality is a sin - an abomination, actually. But we don't pass this message on because we hate homosexuals; we pass it on rather because we love them and want them to turn to the all-fulfilling love of Christ before it is too late.
