On This Date in 1955: Deborah Ann Harry is born Angela Trimble in Miami. She is adopted by a New Jersey couple at the age of three months.

The Almanac Advises for July 1: "Adoptive children sometime feel the need to act out in a rebellious manner. They may also tend to be more questioning of the status quo, possibly due to having many unsettled personal questions."
