Paul Westerberg has embraced the Internet, offering his latest record, '49,' for 49 cents via a downloadable file.Ben Folds unveiled details about his third solo album, revealing that 'Way to Normal' will be released on September 30 and the first single will feature vocals from Regina Spektor.
