I think that the intention of this song was more to poke fun at the ways of Hollywood. Hence, "Life in plastic, it's fantastic. . . " I do not agree with this one. I thought the underlying message was hilarious.

lmao i remember hearing this song as a little girl and it makes me laugh now how much i liked it. its a stupid song but its still fun to sing along to and just act silly. everybody has to love a silly song once in a while.
