As for whether or not, she had help conceiving, that is none of our affair. I pray all will go well with the delivery, and that both babies are strong and healthy. A happy, healthy, woman having babies is the most natural thing in the world. After all she has been through, whether she is considered the poor little rich girl or not, she has definately earned her happiness at last in life.
And if Elvis is rolling in his grave, he is actually spinning out of sheer joy for his daughter and not for any other reason.
