Our friends in the Netherlands attended this year's Lowlands festival for a little street theater, food and a hefty helping of rock 'n' roll. Check out the photos below of the three-day, self-proclaimed "progressive outdoor festival" in the middle of beautiful Holland and see how they do it over there.
