'A Horse With No Name'
--America (2006)
The defense: Singer Dewey Bunnell said the horse is "a vehicle to get me away from all the confusion and chaos of life."
The verdict: Not guilty. Real drug users could've done much better than "there were plants and birds and rocks and things."

Nonsense!!!! The song is about a journey through the desert, where, had any of these buffoons had ever visited and taken the time to stop and LISTEN, they would have seen and heard lots of sounds. Even the opening line, "on the first part oof the journey, I was looking at all the life...." The writers soune like a bunch of Rock & Roll hating Tali-baptist christiaNazis.
