I think she's tacky and a phony. Her looks are more like costumes or dressed-up silly than real style. If she says she's deep as an ocean, I'll take her word for it, after all ship wrecks are also found if you seasrch deep enough.

I think its true. In the metaphoric sense. She sings impromptu very very well. Find another who can sing so well, no warm up, just sing...? Michael Jackson in his prime, was like that as well. So many stars self destruct or fall from fame. I hope she believes in herself because, in time, I think she can switch from "POP" teenie bopper dirty stuff, to heavier more serious and difficult fare. her last album, second disc, was a total masterpiece. If she can make the change, a change Witney Houston could not make while still in her brime (another set of admirable pipes), I would love to see it. I hold Christina to a standard along the lines of Karen Carpenter, Patsy Cline...stop and listen to them before you laugh and misunderstand. natural singers, all. There is a genius in there that suffers to find expression. That's all. Maybe she's a he inside, who cares? Let her talent be the judge. She ain't gettin beat in a singin contest any time soon. Make all the wry nasty comments you like, none of you would dare try to compete with this. None. Not one.

christina aguilera is a joke. She blew her way to where she is (I'm not talking about singing) and still isn't at the top. Mariah Carey, Mary J. Blige, Beyonce, Pink etc... would all tear her down in a singing contest. Shes just a skank who tries to mimic other artists.
