Guns N' Roses Pull Trigger on 'Chinese Democracy'

It's taken ten years and an unthinkable amount of studio time but perhaps the most highly-anticipated album of all time will finally hit shelves this fall: ladies and gentlemen, Guns N' Roses' long-fabled 'Chinese Democracy' will be released on Sunday, November 23rd. Before you pinch yourself, there is a catch of sorts: It will only be available through Best Buy. Hence the Sunday release date as opposed to the industry-standard Tuesday. Of course, we're just happy for a release date at all, at this point.

We'll see how going exclusively through Best Buy shakes out for Axl Rose and his hired Guns, but this move is certainly not GNR's first unconventional record release. Their previous two studio albums were both released on the same day in 1991 ('Use Your Illusion' Part I and II, respectively).

While you're at Best Buy, don't forget to pick up CD-R's. After all, your friends will want to hear this too. (We're kidding. Seriously.)

I'm really excited about Guns 'N Roses album Chinese Democracy. Although most of the band members left, I'll accept Axl Rose and his current members' sound. It's a long delay, but I'm sure that Guns wants to put out some quality music for this album. I hope it's just as huge a hit as their 1987 and 1991 albums.

I just never knew what the big deal was about this band. They suck!! I just heard the song Chinese Democracy and it should have stayed legend!! Wasted band members, wasted money spent, and just a waste of time for a bunch of drug addicts, losers, and guys that beat the crap out of their wives (Axl). It will be another 20 years before they release anything again and by then they will be collecting social security.

Axel, you robbed all fans of rock"n"roll the chance to let you guys be one of the greatest bands in history.Let your ego go,"GNR"IS (AXEL,SLASH,DUFF,AND MATT AND IT ALWAYS WILL BE) .You guys have the talent to be the next LED ZEP im just a fan that thinks you need to pull your head out of your ass and reunite with the only true memebers of "GNR". Let's get it going, THE WORLD IS WAITING.

No it isn't. GNR is Axl, Slash, Duff, Izzy & Steven. Everyone else who joined after them is not a real GNR member.
