Actually most everyone has cancer cells in their body, just certain different things can trigger the reaction for it to turn on your body. I've know people who have smoked for 80years and their lungs are perfect and I know others (like myself) who have smoked for around 10 and their lungs are going downhill. It all depends on the specific person's body reacts to it. My dad smoked and drank daily and for as long as I can remember and he didn't die from lung cancer or liver disease (or any other disease associated with drinking)- he died from luekemia. (And this was after quite a few decades of drinking and smoking and the doctors told him his lungs, liver, and kidneys were the same as person who had never done those things in their life.)

Oh yeah let's see, eat healthy, excerise, don't smoke, go to bed early, don't drink, cut out all sugar ... AND STILL DIE ANYWAYS! Wow you tell smokers "You're gonna die" well duh! We all will. You could be struck by a bus tomorrow. I'm sorry I will choose to enjoy what time I have on this earth and not leave a ton of regrets. And that is what counts people, making your time on earth as enjoyable as possible.
