It was acquired in 1991 from the General Register Office in London and is printed on the official security paper and includes the "General Register Office of England" seal, as well as imprinted document number.

I tried to obtain another copy last year and was told that certain certificates are no longer avalible to the public. This is the only copy I have! It is in excellent condition and was originally folded by the GRO and placed in an envelope, I have kept it flat since obtaining it. I guarantee this document to 100% authentic certified copy.
