On This Date in 1964: The Beatles release 'Beatles for Sale,' their fourth album in the U.K.The Almanac Advises for December 4: "For those who wish to acquire MP3s of their favorite music, there are still a few artists -- most notably the Beatles -- who have not made their catalog available for download on the major online music services such as iTunes."
