Rod Stewart Reveals His Burial Plans

Rod Stewart, 64, admits to not only having given thought to his possible demise, but he's planned ahead. "I'm not bothered as long as they bury me above ground," he joked in an interview with BBC Radio 2. Well, wish granted. The singer revealed that he's planned to be cremated and for his ashes to be scattered over Celtic Park, the home of Celtic Football Club in Glasgow, Scotland.

The move might seem a bit traitorous given his professed love for his English team, Manchester United, who he even name-checked in the 1977 smash 'You're in my Heart.' But Stewart has also been a big supporter of 'Parkhead' --as it's known -- over the years, with he and comedian/actor Billy Connolly being the only two people who have seats for the life at the stadium.

And apparently, for death.
