Yes I would like to say that Elvis is so very special to me. Happy Birthday to Elvis the man. How could anyone forget you and what you done for the music industry. I regret that what you did has been abused and ruined by artist today in the rock n' roll field as well as country. I hope you are having a Great Birthday and singing God's Praises. I Love You and Always will!!!!

I reLLY WONDER IF HE IS STILL ALIVE?EVERYTHING MENTIONED ABOUT HIM IS ALWAYS HUSHED, REAL QUICK. EVEN A DOCTOR HAS ADMITTED HE IS ALIVE.
abodyloverat 1-08-2009
If indeed he is alive (as you seem to want to believe) he would be 74 years old - hardly what people claim to have seen in all the mysterious "sightings". As far as a doctor saying he's alive - that's gotta be the weirdest statement I've seen on AOL today (and that's really saying something!). I remember cigarette commercials with doctors saying that Lucky Strike was the preferred brand of cigarette - didn't make that true either, did it?
He was an American icon, a gifted musician, and brought pleasure into the lives of millions - can't that be enough? Let the man rest in peace. Go watch UFOs or something.

Thinking of You and Forever Missing You, Elvis~~~His emotions and moods were out-sized... He had a wicked temper and a smile that lit the room and the World, he was cocky and he was shy and insecure, he was proud and he was modest. He could be wiltingly sarcastic and unashamedly affectionate..Oh, we sure do miss you, kiddo!~~Lovingly, Emily

I don't understand you guys. Elvis is death, let him RIP... People are making money (lot of money) in his name... Money that he can't use, touch or even smell...
He was good and that's it. Please let him RIP. I hear some people saying "I love Elvis" How you can love someone when you don't know that person... OMG... I don't understand...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ELVIS, YOU ARE GREATLY MISSED EVEN THOUGH IT'S BEEN SO MANY YEARS.. WE STILL LOVE YOUR MUSIC..
Debbieat 1-08-2009
Well to tell you the truth, his hair naturally was a medium brown. He died his hair black so it would show up better on the Television screen. Not for any particular movie. I just watched a documentary on him and thats what they said.
cumberlandgapgalat 1-08-2009
YOU are absolutely right Dr. Diaz...YOU do not get it. If people let him rest in peace...he would not be the legend he is today. Beleive me, he IS resting in peace. Also, these people do personally know and love him...through his music...which is exactly the way HE wanted it. As far as money, you have a issue with that...not him or his family and I know this for a fact working on a daily basis concerning "his money" I think it would be best if you learned to live the saying live and let live. elvis would have wanted that too...he did.

While my daughter was a patient at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee, I became friends with a man that drove a St. Jude shuttle-bus. He told me that he went to high school with Elvis. We spoke quite a bit about how Elvis acted in school ( Elvis always had to be the center of attraction ). In the two years I knew the shuttle-bus driver, he never mentioned that Elvis' hair was a different color while they went to high school.
