Kid Rock Doesn't 'Understand Rehab'

Kid Rock. American Badass. How so, you ask? Exhibit A:

"I do not understand rehab. If it works for people then God bless them," he tells Q magazine. "People have different personalities ... Some people do a line of cocaine and start selling their TVs and their guitar. Other people do it, have a fun night and go about their business."

Still, in the same interview, Rock admits he has his own problems with alcohol.

"I have been to anger management twice," he admits. "After the first session the lady was like, 'Baby, you don't seem that angry at all. You seem like a really nice guy.' 'I go, 'That's the way I feel too.' I think that the judge made a mistake when he sentenced me. I think he probably should have sent me to Alcoholics Anonymous because I do have a drinking problem ... None of these fights would have ever occurred without drinking."

But that would mean ... rehab.

The last fight that landed the Rock in anger management was in 2007, at an Atlanta Waffle House. He was given a year's probation and fined $1,000 after a drunken brawl with another patron at the restaurant.
