Glasvegas Find Daydreaming Pays Off

The buzz surrounding Glasgow's Glasvegas comes as no surprise to lead singer James Allan.

"I always think, this is the way it should be for us, you know?" he told Spinner at the band's Interface taping. "It's not arrogance -- it is just part of being a daydreamer really, you know?"

All things considered, a little arrogance is warranted given the band's recent opening spot for the Killers, and a stop by 'Late Night With David Letterman,' among countless other bragging rights.

While the daydreaming may have proven productive for his musical career, his schooling? Not so much.

"His school report cards are the best," said guitarist Rab Allan, James' cousin. "His mom was showing them to us ... and it was just like, 'Daydreamer.'"

See what daydreaming can do after the jump.
