There's a lot of drama with domestic partnerships because women are the ones who don't really benefit from those. Reason is that abuse is higher among women in these types of relationships than married. Not to mention that women in domestic partnerships also don't have legal standing to make decisions versus a wife who can make legal decisions for a spouse. Paula's not looking in the right places for a good man. Even though she had two failed marriages she can still find a good partner just maybe she should consider a matchmaker who deals with high end clientele.

Let me tell you something Miss Abdul. I've had that piece of paper for 22 years and I have a beautiful thing.......relationship with my husband. That's what's wrong with people today like you....you go into stuff thinking it's going to fall apart just because there's a marriage license to bind you together. Well, it isn't the license or piece of paper..it's the LOVE that keeps us together and it's HARD WORK! Anyone that doesn't want to put forth that effort with a piece of paper isn't going to necessarily do it without a piece of paper!
