Some patrons may run on Dunkin, while others flock to get their daily Starbucks fix, but employees at either java house may want to start crying over foamed milk, regardless.Fair trade coffee master Duane Sorenson is apparently the best boss ever. The owner of the growing Oregon-based speciality roastery Stumptown Coffee not only offers full health coverage for every employee, he has a hired massage therapist on staff and -- get this -- actually gives time off to those baristas and staffers who are in a band and want to tour. Are you listening Tommy Lee?
If bottomless French Curlers or Caramel Ralph Macchios (or whatever they're called) aren't enough to toss on your apron in the morning, take note: Stumptown is coming to New York later this year.
