Lily Allen Reveals Her Greatest Fear

Lily Allen is back in a big way after her ascent to stardom with her debut album, 'Alright, Still.' Since 2006, she's experienced both highs and lows, including a very public miscarriage. "There was a lot of stuff when I miscarried my child, you know, that people wrote really negative things about," she tells Spinner. "Why they thought I miscarried, like I'd been drinking or smoking or that kind of stuff. It was really upsetting."

Now, Allen is striking back with her hit single 'The Fear,' a biting social commentary on consumption and fame where all is right in the world as long as the singer is "packing plastic."

Allen put her own "plastic" to good use when she found out her new album, 'It's Not Me, It's You' debuted in her native U.K. at No. 1. To celebrate, she turned to one of the world's oldest past times: shopping. "I went shopping with godmother," she tells Spinner. "We went to Maxfields on Robertson [Ave. in Los Angeles] and I bought myself a jacket."

But ask Allen about her biggest fear and the talk quickly turns serious. "My biggest fear? I guess, dying alone maybe," she tells Spinner. "I don't think about it a lot, but if I think about what I'm most scared of, that would probably be it."

I love Lily Allen's songs. Her lyrics really make me think and I can relate to them. I like the fact that she is so original and is not afraid to say what is on her mind! I think that people just like to talk smack and read too much Star and Enquirer. Take out a freakin book! She is a person who has her ups and downs just like everyone else.

Thats a surprise, I thought for sure that her biggest fear would be that everyone would find out that she has no talent. By the way Lili, you come into this world alone, you go out alone, all there is to it.

This is how it's done kids: Kick a photographer (who probably deserved it), gain some attention, get a profile on aol. ... What gets me is some of you are so passionate about her feelings, sticking up for her and such; you think she gives a flying flip about you? No.

come on people, lets find better ways to insult people. Lily is an individual (and not in the sense of fashion, i mean she is ONE person) as are all of you. Grow up a little rather than slam a person on their life. They're doing what they want to do and nothing that you say can change that.

anyway.... i think the musical world should maybe be more focused on the actual music, and yes, of course on the artist as well, but about their work and their talent, or lack of...but not their personal lives, cuz that's really not our business anyway.

Lily Allen is one of the only real artists out there, she speaks her mind and has opinions, she isn't some generic robot or bimbo -, and all of her songs are about her experiences, and well they are amazing. She happens to be my favorite singer, and before you judge her, and criticize her, listen to her song "Chinese" or "He Wasn't There" or even "Back to The Start" - she has evolved in her songs, and every song is a piece of her ... so before you say "she should die alone" or that she is a horrible person - think of how hard it must be to be a 23 year old woman who only wants to find love and be loved, who experienced a miscarriage, and has to deal with the paparazzi being up her arse every day - all because she loves to sing and write music.
The fact that some of you have the nerve to judge someone you don't even know and say horrible and unthinkable thing about them, is disgusting, and if you you could say that you think someone should die alone, then well - i think you should die alone.
And also, religion should not have any impact on how you view a person - we live in the 21 century, and the fact that you could judge someone on the fact that they don't share the same beliefs as you, is close minded, and well... its quite a bit disturbing that it is still going on in this day and age.
So, the next time you think of judging someone you don't know, how about you don't - do onto others as you want others to do onto you - judge and be judged - be mean and hurtful and one day your going to get a kick in the arse - plain and simple

i never said anything bashing people who blog on here, HAHA duh, i'm on here too. all i said was that it would be more enjoyable if people were'nt being so judgemental and rude to eachother, but thats just my opinion. maybe some people enjoy judging and fighting on blogs more than keeping it somewhat kind.

AGAIN!

BLOGS ARE FOR OPINIONS! That's why AOL actually allows different opinions. Some of you missed "Speech and Debate" in High School??????????????? Pretty basic concept!
