Paying homage to an old Hollywood icon in the video for their first single, Wild Light cast a Marilyn Monroe look-a-like to express a disillusionment with the Golden State. The group just released their debut album on March 3, but member Jordan Alexander tells Spinner that the song came to him back when he was living in California, still trying to start a band.
