Jessica Charlotte Poland says both she and the Cure took the phrase from a children's novel "about this girl who gets trapped in time and has to be someone else while trying to get back to herself. I'm always struggling with the person I am, the person that I want to be and the way that people perceive me. Charlotte Sometimes gives in to all those personalities."

I'm with you, man who the hell is this! Never heard of her,guess I'm just to damn old for this kinda music. I guess it's music or is it a new name for some mental handicap that I haven't got yet.

I know who she is, but she hasn't been around for very long and doesn't have any big hits, so you have to have heard of her by accident to have heard of her at all. She's amazing, though! I'd reccomend her to anyone.
