Metallica Asked to Sleep With Fans' Girlfriends

If you thought the life of a rock star couldn't get any more debauched, Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich has confessed that at one time band members were asked to sleep with their fans' girlfriends.

"In the early days in back in the mid-'80s, people would often ask us to f--- their girlfriend," Ulrich tells Uncut. "The first time it happened to me, we were opening for Ozzy [Osbourne] in 1986, and I was slightly taken aback."

While Ulrich never says whether or not he or his bandmates actually accepted any of the offers, he says, "You realize people were serious and you say to yourself ... 'Where do you fit into all this?'"

"It's pretty depraved s---, and it's hard to wrap your head around that when you're f---ing someone else's girl," he continued. "It's not a good thing to ask a band to do, right?"

Call us old fashioned, but we'll stick to advocating autographs.
