Flaming Lips Prepare Summer Double LP Release + More

Flamings Lips will release their first double album at the end of the summer. Frontman Wayne Coyne has described the new tracks as "freak-out stuff" inspired by a wide range of musical forebearers including Miles Davis, John Lennon, and Joy Division.
'Two Weeks,' the first single off of Grizzly Bear's highly anticipated LP 'Veckatimest' is available for streaming.
Modest Mouse will be releasing a limited-edition 7" on May 26 that includes the unreleased songs 'Satellite Skin' and 'Guilty Cocker Spaniels.'
The Dead Weather have announced details about their album and an extended US tour, kicking off June 11 in Louisville, KY.
