Jay Brannan's 'Man in the Mirror' Tribute

When Spinner asked cover song specialist Jay Brannan for his reaction to Michael Jackson's passing, he went one better. The singer-songwriter and 'Shortbus' star sat down in his New York apartment and recorded a touching acoustic take on this 1998 classic.
Brannan tells Spinner, "Whether or not you're a Michael Jackson fan, at least one of his songs, if not many, is bound to evoke the memory of a certain time, a certain place or certain people in your life. His songs earmark pages in the lives of billions of complete strangers across the globe. I find that pretty extraordinary." And we found his tribute pretty extraordinary.

Farrah Fawcett's programs had higher ratings than all those tacky "tributes" to Michael Jackson. Farrah was a class act. It's a shame she's being overshadowed by a creepy has-been.

Stop your lying you piece of useless matter. Michael is no pedophile. These accusations were all extortions. They want money so they figure if they accuse him he will pay them off to make the scandal go away so that it wouldn't ruin his reputation.

I agree Miss Fawcett was a class act and seemed to be a sweet and caring person, but i think she would have just as much love and caring for someone who was as troubled as he, and who connected with people from all over the world. So their must have been something that was also wonderful about this man. We all have issues in this life and you don't get out without any so just say a kind prayer for both and also for yourself .

What I don't get is why people insist on coming to the Michael Jackson pages to talk about Farrah. We are not going to Farrah's pages to talk about Michael. People loved the man. People will miss the man. People will hold the man in their heart's forever. And those of you who won't, you won't. It's okay. There's enough of us who will! So, stop trying to bring us down and hating on the man even in death!!!
