The Lovely Feather, 'Lowiza' -- Video Premiere

It's been a few years since we've heard anything from the Lovely Feathers but their return has found them a little bit hot and bothered. The first single from the Montreal band's finally-forthcoming release 'Fantasy of the Lot' is about a relationship that has fallen flat, sexually. The band compensates for their characters' shortcomings by musically making 'Lowiza' all sparks, punctuated by climactic builds.

As for the Toronto-filmed video, bassist Mark Shortt thanks "all the older men who arrived nice and lathered up and who refused to shy away from potentially uncomfortable questions. If every Jimmy and Lowiza out there had such a dedicated group working with them, there would certainly be pause to work it out." Even if things don't work out for these so-called "Jimmy" and "Lowiza" characters, at least they got a cool video out of it.
