My Bloody Valentine are giving away earplugs to everyone attending their European shows this year. The band are famed for turning their track 'You Made Me Realise' into a wall of roaring feedback.

A 1984 portrait of Michael Jackson by Andy Warhol has gone on display at London's O2 Arena before it is sold in New York. The painting goes on sale on August 18 with a starting price of $800,000.
