Jay-Z Beats Elvis Presley's Album Record + More

Jay-Z has beaten Elvis Presley to take the record for the most number one albums by a solo artist in the U.S. after 'The Blueprint 3' topped the charts. The album is Jay-Z's 11th number one.

Regina Spektor is to write the music for a new Broadway musical based on the tale of Sleeping Beauty. The show, Beauty, is expected to hit the stage for the 2011 season.

Cat Stevens has announced his first tour in over 30 years. Stevens, now known as Yusuf Islam, is to play four November dates, starting in Dublin and ending at London's Royal Albert Hall.

Devo are to play two-dates in each city on their forthcoming U.S. tour, playing two albums in their entirety. The first nights will see them play their 1978 debut 'Q: Are We Not Men? A: We Are Devo!' and on the second nights 1980's 'Freedom of Choice.'
