The boss doesn't always play the greatest music at 'The Office,' as evidenced by the 'Cafe Disco' episode, but the actress who plays the flighty, flirty Kelly Kapoor -- Mindy Kaling -- has great tastes in bands in real life. Kaling pronounced Rilo Kiley's 'Portions for Foxes' a "smart, f---ed up song about making terrible mistakes with men in your mid-20s" -- something to which Kelly can certainly relate.
