"I try and work out four times a week -- cardio, weights, push-ups, pull-ups -- but I haven't for a month because of vacation and touring," said Hova, according to Bangshowbiz. "Chris hasn't tried to get me to do yoga yet but I am close to doing it. I am envious of what he can do on stage."
"Watching him is amazing," Jay adds. "He can really move. I want to able to move like that, get my leg behind my ear, things like that."
Speaking of moves, Jay-Z -- who has performed with Coldplay on the quartet's current tour -- startled Martin onstage last Friday night in London, tackling him as he was playing a song on the piano. After wrestling him to the ground, the pair rolled around for a bit before Martin found his way to his feet and resumed his set.
Martin and Jay-Z have been close friends since they collaborated on Jay's 2006 album 'Kingdom Come.' They frequently socialize with their respective wives, Gwyneth Paltrow and singer Beyonce.
