Gary Go Shows His Versatility at Spinner HQ

"This has got a Kubrick kind of vibe," Gary Go said, pointing out the similarities between 'A Clockwork Orange' and a conference room during a recent visit to Spinner's New York office. Sitting in a swivel chair with a mini-keyboard in front of him, Gary and his guitarist performed what they call their "travel setup" in a pretty unconventional venue. But at this point it's something he's notorious for.

Last month, the English singer-songwriter performed using only an iPhone at the Apple Store in SoHo, which is more than just a gimmick for him. "If they're good songs, you can play them in a lot of different ways," he said. If you want to find out for yourself, be sure to check out his recently-released self-titled debut, where Go supplies an arsenal of pop-rock ballads that transcend whatever instrument they're played on.
