Lily Allen 'Returns For Two Shows' + More

Lily Allen has reportedly signed up to play two co-headlining gigs in the UK with rapper Dizzee Rascal -- just four days after she announced she was retiring from the music industry. The gigs will take place in March.Portishead have returned to the studio and may release their fourth album by the end of next year. "We're going to start writing and if all goes well it could be in a year's time," the band's Geoff Barrow told B.B.C.'s 6 Music.
Noel Gallagher is "joining Kasabian" for their November arena tour, the band have said. Frontman Tom Meighan said: "Noel will be calling us up nearer the time for sure saying, 'Lads, I'm going to come perform with you on tour.'"
Travis are to write their next album on the road while touring in the US. "We're gonna hopefully write the whole thing, me and Andy [Dunlop, guitarist] on the bus," singer Fran Healy told Billboard.com.
