Andy Williams Believes Obama 'Wants the Country to Fail'

More and more people have been criticizing President Barack Obama for the way he's been handling the budget, the health care system and unemployment, and now we can add Andy Williams to that list. The 81-year-old veteran pop singer and longtime Republican has recently revealed his negative opinions about the current president.

"Obama is following Marxist theory," he told the UK's Radio Times. "He's taken over the banks and the car industry. He wants the country to fail."

Williams doesn't stop there. "[I] don't like him at all," said the singer, who also revealed he was close to the Kennedy family. "I think he wants to create a socialist country. The people he associates with are very Left-wing. One is registered as a Communist."

Will this mean an Andy Williams appearance on Fox News? We'll just have to wait and see.

Wow for somebody that wants low to no taxes on filthy rich folks he is accusing someone like the president of being a socialists! And is that really that bad for Americans after what Reagan & the Bush's did to this great country of ours ? President Obama has tried everything possible to ward off the DEPRESSION that was heading our way back before he took over from the Bush/Cheney bunch of scoundrels who created this whole MESS on purpose to make government look bad when it is actually our VOICE in our nations business to protect us from punks like them !

Sharon Brotman Salzb...I have lived in Branson all my life and I am FAR from being simple minded, I am quite open-minded, well informed and very much aware of the direction our country is going. Mr. Obama is far from being "esteemed" It is rather interesting how the well known Americans who supported him in 2008 are placing quite a bit of distance between themselves and this "esteemed" man. I bet you believe in the tooth fairy, Easter Bunny and Santa Claus as well.

Andy Williams belongs down in Branson with all the simple-minded folk who represent the portion of our electorate who buy the absolute crap spewing from Williams' mouth about our esteemed President. Williams' unfounded remarks are most distasteful but I forgive him for his ignorance due to his age and health.

You my dear, are one of the most ill informed commentators that I have heard trying to defend the socialist/ Al-Quaida plant presently sullying the White House. Obama is a fraud, I have been in law enforcement all of my life, and I live in Pa. You can't get a Drivers-License in Pa. without a birth certificate. This man hates the United States of America and does not respect either his office nor the American people. Article II; Section 5 of our U.S.Constitution says that no-one born in a foreign country can serve as president. You are very mis-informed

Obama has been a gift to our country...I have never been more proud of a president. I do notice that the filthy rich have issues with him because he feels they should give their fair share to help the middle class; and most of them object. He is great with foreign policy, he is a great public speaker, and was able to zero in on Osama Bin Laden with the help of our great military. Republicans don't hold a candle to him, ecspecially the choices they have now.... The "socialism" card is so overdone and so predictable. I do understand the jealousy factor though..... :)
