AC/DC are releasing a rarities box set called 'Backtracks.' A special edition of the collection comes housed in a fully functional guitar amp.

The 'Where the Wild Things Are' soundtrack, featuring Karen O and the Kids, is streaming online.

Weezer are scheduled to perform at a Halloween show with Matt and Kim and PT Walkley at the Hammerstein in New York.

An official closing date has been set for the Hollywood's Knitting Factory. The venue will host its last show on Oct. 25.
