Lykke Li Goes Thrift Shopping in San Francisco

Some artists spend their touring downtime partying it up with groupies, while some prefer to relax with a book, movie or lots of video games. For Swedish singer Lykke Li, the best way to kill a few hours is through a bit of retail therapy.

In a new video for Current Music's 'Embedded' series -- a six-part special that gives fans insider access to their favorite artists -- the 23-year-old spends her free time a gig at San Francisco's Fillmore by hitting vintage clothing stores on Haight Street. Interspersed with performance clips of 'I'm Good, I'm Gone' and 'Dance Dance Dance,' Lykke discusses the blur of life on the road, her thoughts on performing and the joys of owning a Public Enemy T-shirt. Check out the video below before it airs on Current alongside clips featuring Common and Bloc Party at 11PM ET tonight.
