Kings of Leon drummer Nathan Followill is officially off the market. Followill married his girlfriend, singer-songwriter Jessie Baylin, in Brentwood, Tenn. on Saturday. The couple -- who first met at Bonnaroo in 2006 -- announced their happiness to the world via Twitter soon after the nuptials. "It's official ... Allow myself to introduce myself: Mrs Jessie B. Followill :)," Baylin wrote. Born in New Jersey, Baylin currently lives in Nashville. Her song, 'I'll Cry for Both of Us,' from her 2008 album, 'Firesight,' has been featured on the 'The Women' soundtrack. Followill made sure his Twitter followers knew the lowdown by tweeting throughout his wedding and uploading a photo of his wedding band. "I woke up with a married woman in my bed this morning," he wrote. "Luckily she was mine."
His bandmates -- brothers Caleb and Jared and cousin Matthew -- attended the outdoor wedding as well as actress Scarlett Johansson, who is Baylin's high school friend. The ceremony took place at the Wolf Den Farm with dinner and dancing on the barn property. The newlyweds danced to an instrumental Hawaiian lap steel guitar song, according to People.com.
Kings of Leon have recently released 'Live at the O2 London, England' on DVD, collaborated on an exclusive clothing line, have plans to release a remix album Justin Timberlake, Pharrell, Mark Ronson and Lykke Li and are working on a new album.
With all this on the band's plate, it looks like Followill's honeymoon may have to be a short one.
