Lily Allen's Heels Nearly Cause Onstage Accident

Lily Allen tried to go for sleek and sophisticated at her UK show on Tuesday night but unfortunately fell victim to her five-inch platform pumps. As the pop singer made her entrance at the Apollo in Manchester, she tripped on her heels and almost stumbled into an impromptu crowd-surfing session.

Luckily, Allen saved herself from falling on her face and quickly slipped off the shoes. The 24-year-old then resumed her performance barefoot.

This isn't the first time Allen had issues with her feet. Last week, fell down a flight of stairs and injured her ankle before playing a charity show with Take That, Sir Paul McCartney and Robbie Williams. Allen also took a spill before a show in Finland earlier this year, causing her to break into tears onstage.

Note to Lily -- stick to flats when you're onstage.
