Rod Stewart admittedly doesn't listen to much new music, but, thanks to his kids, he's been hipped to Arcade Fire. He even made it out of the house to see the Montreal septet at the Hollywood Bowl. "They are extraordinary," he tells Spinner. "I haven't been that excited since I saw Free back in the '70s ..." Well, Arcade Fire are great, but Stewart owes it to himself to get out more.- Filed under: Music Appreciation
