Beardo, '24 Hour Party' -- Video Premiere

Beardo's newest video for '24 Hour Party' pays homage to the punk rock sound and lifestyle that existed from the mid '70s through the late '80s. His latest anthem is all about the rejection of authority and nonstop partying. Beardo chants the lyrics "F--- school!" and "Drink," which pretty much encompasses the mindset a lot of teenagers have -- that is, wanting to get wasted and hating your parents. "I had a real fun time shooting the video for '24 Hour Party' with Nick Goosen and Mark 'The Cobrasnake' Hunter," Beardo tells Spinner. "We shot the entire video against a white-cyc room, with super 8 film, VHS film, and a Canon camera."
Sporting an acid-washed vest and jeans, a multi-colored mullet of curls, a handlebar mustache as well as his signature AK-47 tattoo across his chest, Beardo looks like a cross between a white trash Frank Zappa and Sideshow Bob in this video.
The zany artist goes on to say, "I wanted to shoot a video that was true to the Beardo stage performance, that also included the party aspects of my shows. I wanted it to be simple and fun very much like the punk rock videos from the past, that I grew up watching." Beardo definitely achieves this aesthetic in '24 Hour Party.' Check it out below!
