MTV has gotten so full of crap and is not even entertaining. No talents like Russell Brand is prime example. Not funny, dimwitted, bottom feeder. One of the reasons I shut off the cable, don't bother with TV anymore and choose my entertainment elsewhere.

russell brand is a sweet soul, highly articulate and witty. that's why he's always surrounded by hot girls. but most people are all about looks and no, he doesn't fit the usual 'only beautiful people should be on camera' mold and his accent can be a little too thick to understand his jokes so he gets lost in translation

If indeed he is "always surrounded by hot girls," it is because girls are stupid and will cling to anyone who might make them rich or famous. It says nothing about the person they are clinging to.

What ever happened to Marth Quinn? ....and real music videos? MTV and VH1 can both bite me. "Music Television 1" and "Video Hits 1", what a joke! They have nothing more to do with the origional concept than Winnie The Pooh selling condoms. At least I sold my stock in these two corporate pigs before they screwed themselves. Too bad nobody can step up to the plate and replace these two with a genuine music video channel. Then again, this is 2009...what the hell should I expect?

The 2007 Brit Awards? YouTube it! Watch 19 yr old Joss stru around trying to act "black". She just came off trashy, stupid, and racist.
NOTE: the skank was living in USA and banging a 30+yr old black guy- who just happened to be in the R&B industry and connected to one of the most important R&B music families in US.
Joss was earnin' her street creds the back alley way.
England is thru with her. The US is stuck on her being a white girl singing soul moderately well. Shame
