Evan Dando Announces North American Solo Tour

Lemonheads frontman Evan Dando will launch a North American solo tour in late January, taking the man behind such '90s alt classics as 'It's a Shame About Ray' and 'Into Your Arms' to a number of intimate and unique venues. The six-week outing gets underway on Jan. 29 at Maxwell's in Hoboken, N.J. Dando -- who last released 'Varshons', an album of covers, with the Lemonheads in June -- will trek across the US and Canada before finishing the tour in New York on March 6. He is currently in the midst of a European solo jaunt, which will wrap next Tuesday in Göteborg, Sweden.
