Eddie Vedder Gets Engaged to Longtime Girlfriend

Eddie Vedder and his longtime girlfriend, Jill McCormick, are engaged. According to E! Online, the Pearl Jam frontman popped the question to his model companion on Friday night in Washington D.C.

Vedder, 44, and McCormick, 32, already have two daughters: Olivia, 5, and Harper Moon, 15 months. The couple was in the nation's capitol last weekend for Vedder's appearance at Sunday's Kennedy Center Honors gala where he paid tribute to Bruce Springsteen.

While there is no word on actual wedding plans, it's the second marriage for Eddie, who divorced his first wife, Beth Liebling, in 2000.

Another "rocker" marries a model come on I didn't expect this from eddie all these pretty boy "rockers" (and some not so pretty) marry beautiful models they trade in their longtime first girlfriends and wives who supported them before they were famous then hit it big and before you know it they have a beautiful trophy on their arm.

Go Eddie! Jill McCormick-Vedder does have a ring to it. Now that I think of it, anyone with Vedder as a last name sounds amazing! Pearl Jam is the best!

Luckily Eddie, nor anyone else cares about what you people think. Wedlock if for people who believe in religion. If you judge him for having kids out of wedlock then he has the right to judge you for being too stupid to realize there might not be a god.
