Devon's neo-prog behemoth Muse have announced a quartet of European summer festival dates that will undoubtedly lead to feverish speculation of them topping the bill at the Glastonbury Festival next June. The trio have been confirmed to headline Rock Am Ring and Rock Im Park festivals in Germany on June 5 and 6 which come hot on the heels of Muse playing the top slot at Portugal's Rock In Rio festival in Lisbon on May 27.
However, it's the news that Muse are set to headline Denmark's legendary Roskilde Festival that has set seasoned festival goers guessing that the band will call at Glastonbury. Taking place between Jul. 1 - 4, Roskilde is held the weekend after Michael Eavis' Somerset-based festival.
Joining Muse at Roskilde will be NOFX and The Kissaway Trail.
As previously announced, U2 have already been confirmed as Glastonbury's Friday night headliner.
