White Stripes Release Limited Edition Movie Box-Set

While frontman Jack White busies himself with the next album from side project the Dead Weather, the White Stripes are to release a box-set of their Canadian tour documentary film.

Called 'The White Stripes: Under Great White Northern Lights,' the set will include an extensive collection of DVDs, the band's first live album on CD and vinyl, a 208-page book and other goodies, including a silk screen print.

The set won't be cheap however. It will cost $179 (£110) until the end of the year, when the price will then rise to $229 (£140).

Those with pre-Christmas funds burning a whole in their pockets or Paypal accounts should head on over to the band's website.

As previously reported on Spinner, the Dead Weather are working on their second album, following the release of their debut 'Horehound' this year.
