Oh, the '00s. You were a decade that Hot Topic only dreams about, when Death Cab for Cutie could stand side-by-side with Jay-Z and be considered more than just white dudes with unfortunate facial hair. (I'm looking at your mutton chops, Ben Gibbard). On my best (and worst) of 2000s list, I'll take your skinny jeans and guyliner, and raise you some asymmetrical haircuts, a Yankee cap and a swan dress. You'll see what I mean.

P.S. I never want to hear another song that features of chorus of grown men barking. Thanks.
